Hi,

I have issue getting my sleep scores in my Fitbit app or device. Only showed the sleep scores for 2 nights and not showing anymore. I have already logged out and logged in to my fitbit app but still the same. Please assist!

When mine wasn’t doing the sleep scores it was because I’m setting by heart rate was turned off. Once I turned it back on it worked again.

So funny story! I was frustrated with this issue and also battery problems with the tracker shutting down randomly and then showing a charge of 40% when I put it on the charger so it wasn’t really dead. I stopped using it in February, picked it up 2 days ago and it’s working really well! So who knows? I will say the heart rate being off will cause the sleep function not to work, but you have probably checked that already.

I’ve never turned the heart rate off, so not the problem, but thanks.

Thanks, but I never have turned it off.. just thought though, maybe I’ll turn off then on, restart and see what happens tonight.

How do you make sure its turned on?

I found out that the some of the newer fitbits don’t have any way to turn heart rate off;  mine’s a Luxe and my sister has an Inspire - neither has a way to turn on or turn off heart rate.  Needless to say, my Luxe still isn’t giving a sleep score.

To clarify, do you recommend using the begin sleep now or just letting it automatically decect sleep? And does farther up on wrist mean closer to your elbow? Thanks

My sleep score isn’t working so I’m not the person to ask. When it worked, I just let it detect sleep and wore about an inch or so up from hand like Fitbit says to do

Thank you for posting this, now I won’t bother to call them. 😉  April 17th is when I stopped getting sleep scores, too. They came back intermittently around the last week of April, none since. I also tried all the deleting/restarting etc. The lack of HRV data is what really irks me!

My Luxe started giving sleep scores 4 nights ago..  I did absolutely nothing new so I can’t guess why they started again!  I was going to wait a week to report back so thanks for the contact.  Now, guess I’ll wait to see if it stops again.

This has been an issue for me too. I'm wearing it in a comfortably high position in my wrist. The watch back is in full consistent contact with my skin. And the battery is fine. But the sleep score still says "couldn't get a consistent heart rate". And when I go into the health metrics, there IS a consistent heart rate reading throughout the night. This is averaging to happen about every third night.

My Fitbit started giving me a sleep score May 28th, but stopped on June 12th again!  I give up - loaded last update received in the last couple weeks, restarted with button on charger, restarted on watch, still not working. I got no satisfactory answer from Fitbit phone call..  I love the size of the Luxe, but may have to try apple.
