My Fitbit Luxe used to down load all my sleep data to my iPhone each morning. Now it doesn’t pickup my heart rate when sleeping.

Hi, @Auntyjan welcome to the community, May I suggest you check you have not inadvertently turned off HR on your Luxe? From the clock screen swipe down to & touch settings>swipe up to Heart Rate, check the slider is in the on position. Swipe right twice to return to the clock screen and monitor HR to ensure it is working (you should also get the flashing LED on the back)

Hi there, @Auntyjan. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

As a first approach, please follow all tips and recommendations provided by @Gr4ndp4. If the issue persists, please try the following:

  • Switch the Heart Rate settings from On to Off and manually sync your Luxe. To switch the heart rate settings on your Luxe, from the main screen of your watch, swipe left until you see "Settings", next swipe up until you see "Heart Rate" and switch it to Off.
  • Once it's done, manually sync your Luxe. To do so, open the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon, tap on your Luxe's image and tap on "Sync Now"
  • Next, switch it from Off to On and manually sync your Luxe once again.
  • Once it's done, restart your Luxe once again.
  • Next, confirm that your tracker is snug on your wrist (the lights shouldn't be visible) We also recommend when you're not exercising, wear the Luxe just above the wrist bone.

Bear in mind that if your heart rate is not working, your sleep stages won't show up either as this data is calculated by your heart rate readings.

In addition, I suggest checking Why don't I see sleep stages today?

Thank you for this advice. Unfortunately I have not been able to get the sleep score report since 1July.
