Luxe won't sync with my phone

We tried reinstalling the app but that didn't help. What else can we try?

I am having the same issue, it just started earlier today. I re installed the app as well. I'm on an android device.

I just spent time chatting with the Fitbit help desk. He talked me through restarting the watch. It may have worked. I’ll know better tomorrow.

Thank you. I watched a video as well and it worked. After removing fitbit
from my phone, than adding it back on it synced again. I hope it gets
solved for you as well.

I have this problem every morning. It’s been ever since Google bought out Fitbit!!! I’ve tried all the tricks suggested, but it appears it only syncs when Google tells it too. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

I ended up removing the app and fitbit device from my phone. Once I added
the app and paired it back up, it started syncing as usual without losing
any of my previous data. Not too much of a pain as I thought, but hopefully
I won't have this issue again. Hope this helps you!

Sorry, just to clarify, you delete the fitbit app from your phone and then reinstall it and it doesn't delete your saved info?

I tried all the trouble shooting tips. Even did a webchat for over an hour.

The last thing that worked was deleting the Luxe from my fitbit account and then adding it again. Then it worked !

I did loose all my data that hadn't synced though, but it got it

I had to reset everything. Deleted the app from my phone and had to connect
them again like it was brand new. It saved all the history and finally
started working again. Hopefully this doesn't keep happening. Hope this
works for you!

I'm having the same problem! The last time my phone synced was 5/13/24. Today, 5/14/24, I noticed the time was incorrect. At 5:00 pm it said the time was 10:24. I tried syncing and it wouldn't sync. I went to turn off Bluetooth and I noticed my Luxe was missing from paired devices. I spent the next 3 hours deleting the Fitbit app, reinstalling the Fitbit app, turning off/on Bluetooth, pair the Luxe to my phone, syncing again and nothing worked. Now I can't even pair my Luxe to my phone. PLEASE FIX!! I rely on my Fitbit and need it working.

Hi

I know how frustrating this is. 

Have you tied plugging into the charger and then pressing the button on the charge unit 3 times in quick succession, which should then make the fitbit logo appear on the watch face ?

The other thing I tried was removing the Luxe from my fit bit account, and then re adding it.

Then it would pair and would sync.....

Yes, I've tried everything. I finally called customer support and they had
me clear all the data and then I added my phone as a new device and that
worked.
