Having trouble syncing Luxe on iOS

Just received new Luxe over the weekend and I am having trouble syncing data to app. I keep having to restart the device. Please fix it! Thanks

I have the same issue.  The device won't complete syncing or the Update Tracker firmware update doesn't complete.  The last agent on the phone just told me there seems to be an issue with the current firmware and that they're waiting for the 1.130 version release which should hopefully address this issue.  As of 6/23, he said they expect the new version within the week but he couldn't give me a more precise date.

Same issue here--basically it keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth, which also prevents me from receiving phone & email notifications, etc. I have to keep telling my phone to forget the device and then reconnect it, which is a major pain. 😩

I’ve just been restarting the device from the settings on the Luxe itself, then it will sync to the app on my iPhone. Unfortunately I have to do this several times a day. Fortunately I haven’t been losing any data.
