Heart Rate not being picked up

my heart rate is constantly sitting at - - , when exercising or normally the green LED light is cutting out & nothing is being picked up. Have tried resetting the Luxe but still no luck. Only had for 2 days?

I had the same problem but found out that you have to change something in the settings. When you swipe down 3 times and tap on settings, swipe down to hart beat. I had to turn it on and now it’s working.

Mines is working now. I had to change wrists as it wasn’t picking up the heart rate over my tattoos. I have my whole arm/hand done and it wasn’t picking up the heart rate because of the ink. As soon as I swapped arms it was fine.

I tried changing Wrist and it didn’t help I don’t have any tattoos or anything on either wrist. in it was just something I thought maybe to try out so I had already tried that thanks anyway.
