Heart rate graph is missing data

My heart rate graph has been missing for 2 days even though it's syncing ok.  I know it's registering because I can see it in the 'zones'.  I have A-Fib so it's really a necessity to be able to monitor.  I have tried all the On/Offs/Reset but to no avail.

Grateful for any help.

Good to see you back in the community @trashachinaMANX.

Thanks for providing the details regarding your Luxe.

I'd suggest you to follow these steps on the Fitbit app:

  • Go to the dashboard and go to 'edit'.
  • In 'hear rate tile' press the plus sign.
  • Then press 'done'.

The graphic must be shown.

Thank you for your response but I'm afraid it didn't work as there isn't a plus sign in the heart rate tile.

In my original post the two missing days were the 21st & 22nd then I didn't get the 23rd when I opened the app on that morning...but, on 24th when I opened the app it gave me the graph for the 23rd, but no more since. Very strange.

UPDATE ON ABOVE

I feel that I have to say this...

I am now ensconced in the Critical Care Unit of our Hospital.  Having been able to show my Cardiologist the History of my dangerously high Heart Rate on my Fitbit Luxe he was suitably impressed and told the Cardiology Team about Fitbit.

I was able to scroll back one year to show them my resting heart rate...again, very impressed.

I only wish that the Graphs hadn't let me down as they wanted to see all of those, but, all in all we were happy and as I lie here in my hospital bed my Luxe is giving me the exact same information as all the expensive equipment surrounding me.

Hope that helps anyone who may be reliant on the readouts.

@trashachinaMANX. Thanks for the feedback and all that valious information. I really appreciate it.

Please, let me know if the issue persists one more time.

I'd suggest you in the meantime, following these steps in the Fitbit app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the heart rate graph is recording the complete data.

Hello,  My heart rate graph rectified itself without intervention from me, but, since 12th August I haven't had any sleep stages.  All very strange. Tried all the usual stuff but nothing works.

Guess my Luxe now has a mind of its own.

Any help appreciated.

Becoming a joke now.

Spoke too soon on the Heart Rate graph...it stopped giving details on Saturday 19th Aug.

Sleep stages have been non-existent since 12th Aug

@ManuFitbit  please advise. After singing the praises of the Luxe it is now just a fashion item serving NO purpose.
