I've had my Luxe about 3 months. In the last week or two, it stopped notifying me consistently when I get into fat burning mode, cardio or peak heart rate during workouts. It will only notify me randomly. I tried to restart it, and that helped immediately after, but by the next day, I noticed during my workout that I was in peak heart rate zone, but the watch had not vibrated. Anyone else experience this?

Hi there, @Lararagg. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Luxe.
As a first approach, I'd like to ask you if you've checked if the heart-zone notification is turned on? Please note that heart-zone notifications are turned off to start. To turn them on, see Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?
