Having previously used the Fitbit Inspire which was amazing, I’m now really struggling with the Luxe. My Inspire finally died after 6 great years and my husband treated me to the Luxe.
I’ve noticed that it frequently doesn’t “sync” and the information on the watch doesn’t match what’s in the app?! Today it’s stating I’ve only done 2 of my daily hour steps, yet the watch screen shows I’ve completed 4!
I’m also noticing that it never shows my current heart rate even when I’m exercising. My old Inspire showed my heartbeat whenever I tapped the screen. I’ve completed the updates, (only had the watch for 4 days!) and shut the app down and reloaded it. I’m now synced with Google as it suggested and now I’m at a total loss?!?
What am I doing wrong????

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, I believe that the servers might not have caught up yet with the information you synced. Sometimes it takes multiple syncs for the data to update, so I would sync normally again and see what happens.

Same thing happened, Sunday I did over 12,000, yesterday over 7,000. My weekly report showed 0 both days. Today the screen on the app is blank although the device has already recorded 5,500!
Please post what you did to fix if anything worked.

Hiya, I’m having the same issues again today!! Steps are not being logged in the daily count and it’s now not logged my sleep from last night either?!?! Never had this issue with the Inspire.
I closed the app and reopened it like advised, I’ve even deleted the app and then reinstalled it and nothing!! I’m starting to think it’s a fault with the Luxe. My husband is upset as he bought it as a gift and now feels bad that it’s not doing the job.

Same for me. I walked on my walking pad two hours straight and I should have had over 12k steps but it’s only registered 1700. Idk what’s going on with this thing. Just got it two days ago. Very disappointing

Hey, sorry to hear you’re having the same issues. I’ve actually sent mine back as it was getting so frustrating and everything that the Fitbit customer team suggested to do, didn’t work.
When it showed that I’d only had 58 minutes of sleep (despite me actually being asleep for 8hrs!!) it was the last straw.
My husband bought it from Amazon, so it’s gone back to them. I’m really disappointed and not sure I will ever purchase a Fitbit again. I hope you have more luck!!
