How do I adjust my Luxe stainless steel band to fit my wrist better?

@willow56 Hold the bottom of the clasp down. Pull the top of the clasp up. Slide bottom of clasp to desired size. Note: It takes a little force to slide clasp. To see images of this process, see https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/products/accessories/luxe-metal-mesh

Hi there, @willow56. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

To adjust your Luxe's bracelet, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Remove link(s): open 2 clasps and take out link(s) between the clasps.
  2. Adjust the bracelet fit with a combination of small and large links.
  3. You can find images of reference here.

Thank you for this information, however I'm not referring to the gorjana bracelet.  I ordered with my fitbit the stainless steel mesh band.  This is the band I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the size.

Hi 🙂

You absolutely can adjust the stainless steel mesh band. Take a look on the page on the Fitbit website where they sell the band for the instructions and a wee picture but essentially you can move the part of the clasp without the Fitbit logo on. It takes some effort though- you need to shove it along! Once I'd done it once it was easier to do again.
