I've had my luxe for two days and the first day I wore it, it logged over 15k steps for the day!!! And is already sitting at 3k for 10.30 in the morning?? There is no way I'm walking that much my average was around 8k a day using my phone app for steps. 

 

How can I fix this?

Hi @SunsetRunner this article will help you - click to read. You're so close! 25 feet is the distance from your device and phone, so you must be close to it. Poor dog probably wanted a shiny toy.
