how do I do a factory reset on the actual fitbit Luxe?  Do I remove it from my phone and that clears the actual fitbit tracker?

Please note that we do not recommend performing a factory reset on your Fitbit device unless it's advised/suggested by our Support Team. Otherwise, your device may be permanently damaged.

@nelsonkeller Is there a reason why you want to perform a factory reset? If you want to give your Luxe to another person or want return it, please see How do I erase my Fitbit device?

Thank you!  These instructions are the same as the video above from the other response.  It seems the words erase and reset are being used interchangeably.  It worked great, thanks 🙂
