I would like to remove the upcoming appointment notification...currently everything comes in early regardless of setting in apps (specifically, calendar)

@Nicolejanne To better assist you, could you please let us know the name of the app you're referring to? Also, if you could send us a picture showing the reminders you're receiving, that would be helpful. In order to add a photo to your reply please:

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera).
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up.
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.

Looking forward to your response.

Hi there, @Nicolejanne. Welcome to the Community Forums.

To better address your inquiry, would you mind clarifying a bit more your post? Do you want to turn off calendar notifications? If that is the case, please open the Fitbit app, tapping your profile picture > Luxe > Notifications and turn off the option for Calendar Events. Make sure to sync with the Fitbit app to apply the changes.

If you don't want to turn off your calendar events, you can use either DND or sleep mode. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Adjust settings.

You can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time.

I've moved your post to the Luxe board for organization purposes.

Hi, there. I hope this helps...I have an alarm at 12:00 noon and I want it
to buzz at that time. Instead it buzzes between 11:50 - 11:55 am...I don't
want this. I want the alarm and I do not want an "upcoming alarm
notification" to appear. Does that clarify?

So I can't place on DND mode and there is no option to add/remove reminder
times for clock alarms.

@Nicolejanne I'd recommend to turn off Smart Wake. When enabled, Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. It avoids waking you during deep sleep so you're more likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

Alarms are not the same as calendar notifications.

When I set an alarm, this is done on my Luxe, it goes off at the time.

A calendar reminder would be setup through the calendar app on the phone.

My thought I'd that you may want to try this and set the reminder for daily.

Thanks, but this is not the function that I'm referring to...I added my
clock function as an app - these items were added to my clock function on
my Fitbit application.

Ok I'm confused. I do not know where these notifications originate from.

The title mentions calender notifications, these will have been set up on your calender through the calender app on the phone. A notice will also be displayed on what the reminder is about.

Then I see alarms set as reminders. This is setup through the alarm app on the Luxe.

We do not have the option to add specific reminders through the fitbit app.
