I have all notifications turned off. I have set the markers for AMZ very high (started going off every minute) to very low (every 20 minutes). I have unpaired, uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled, re-paired, and checked for any and all updates. I don't know how to turn this off but it is driving me crazy that it keeps going off. This is a newer one that I just bought last month. How do I fix this?

Hi there, @KellyB1234. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still notifying you about your AZM. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, please make sure you've turned off the notifications by following the steps below:
Heart-zone notifications you receive during everyday activity:

Happened again this morning. Still going off at 7am even though I have all notifications (including the one for AZM and HZN) turned off. Not sure what to do or if my FitBit is defective.

@KellyB1234 Thanks for getting back and the details provided in your recent posts.
To better assist you, may I know if this is happening every day at 7am as you mentioned in your last post? If that is the case, it sounds to me that you may have either Smart Wake alarms or Alexa alarms.
By any chance, did you see any message on the screen while it was vibrating? If there was a "Look Alive" message, please note it is part of your alarms and it seems like you have the Smart Wake feature enabled. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please note that this might also be Alexa alarms. Know that the alarms and timers you set with Alexa are separate from those you set in the Alarms app. For more information, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?

I don't have any Alexa items and no alarms are set to go off for my FitBit. When it goes off, there are 3 arrows pointing upwards and a number (which varies) underneath it. It happens randomly while I am out walking between 6 am and 7 am, even though I have the AZM set between midnight and 5 am (while I'm asleep) and I have AZM turned off.

Thanks for responding Marre, however, that simply does not work on my recently replaced Charge 5. Like KellyB with her device, I have tried absolutely everything. I have a cardiac condition that occasionally gives me bogus heart rates over 100 BPM causing my Charge 5 to mimic a bad slot machine. If I can't fix this, it might be time to go to another product, perhaps an Apple or a Garmin because this is clearly a glitch that can't be fixed. Unless you know something that I don't know . . .

Is nobody at FitBit paying attention to this problem that I am also having? It has been going on for several years! I already visited the past threads that were locked down. This is the first one I could reply to, even though it has the same ineffective advice.
I hate to think your programmers are so incompetent that they can't fix this bug for years.
Let us know when and if you have a new solution that does not include making users jump through several hoops in futility!

Having the same issue on my Charge 5.
When the AZM notification goes off it shows me a huge number (eg: 1,050) when my AZM might be closer to 200.
Tried disabling everything on both tracker and app. Restarted. Set crazy unachievable goals. Really driving me crazy. Only thing that stops it is disabling heart rate entirely. Like the whole dang feature.
