Hi. to correctly log sleep do I need to select “begin sleep now” every night ? Is this necessary or should I just go to sleep and the watch will track my sleep ? I have been doing this every night but last night it did not track my sleep stages abs there is no data other than time asleep. Does anyone know why this would have happened ? Thanks.

@Cazkc You should just wear you watch and let it track sleep automatically. There were an unusually high number of users who reported that they didn't get sleep stages when they checked on Monday morning. It happened to both me and my husband!
Do not use the "begin sleep now" option on the app. That is for owners of older model trackers that don't sense sleep. If you choose that option you will always get sleep patterns and never get sleep stages.
