I am having the same issues with reminders to move. -- I followed your instructions above - and still nothing.
I also do not receive notifications I have a call or text message either -- I have to tap several times to get the clock face to show and it freezes up sometimes when I swipe for other functions. I recently just purchased the Luxe because my Alta HR completely died -- I am really regretting this purchase. I loved my Alta HR. Any assistance you can provide to get this to work correctly would be greatly appreciated

It's sad to hear that your Luxe is not vibrating for notifications nor your reminders to move despite following the steps I provided above. I understand where your concern is coming from as your Luxe is pretty new. Sorry to hear about your Alta HR, it's nice to hear you loved it. I'll do my best to help you with your Luxe.
As a first approach, I'd suggest checking if your Luxe is on sleep or DND mode as these features prevent your Fitbit device from vibrating. To do so, swipe down from the clock face on your device to access the quick settings.

@tyra2014 Thanks for getting back and the details provided in your recent post.
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi there. My DND mode is off and my Luxe vibrates to remind me to move which I love, but I'm wondering if I can stop it from vibrating/notifying me about new text messages and emails - I don't want to know 🙂
