I don't receive notifications on my Luxe anymore

Hello there !

Last week I changed my phone and ever since, I no longer receive notifications on my watch (no messages, no calls, nothing). I have tried turning off Bluetooth and then syncing my watch again, or turning off notifications and rebooting the phone, or force stoping the app, but nothing helps. 

What else can I do ?

Thank you.

PS : my watch is not in sleep mode or DND.

Hi @Dede22 I think you will need to set up notifications again on your new phone (and if your old phone is nearby and charged, remove the fitbit from its Bluetooth settings).
