Hi, @Ckomives, welcome to the community. It's not enough just to change your user name to your Gmail address. The following is a Gemini description of the process. If you do not see the options described, sync your Fitbit app and then log out of the Fitbit app. Now log in again (Using your Fitbit login) & hopefully you'll be able to go through the following -

To transfer your Fitbit to a Google account, open the Fitbit app, tap the settings (gear) icon, and look for a notification or option to move your Fitbit account to Google. Follow the on-screen prompts to log in or select the desired Google account, review your health and notification preferences, and agree to the terms to complete the transfer.

Step-by-step guide
  1. Open the Fitbit app:
Log in using your current Fitbit account credentials.

  2. Go to Settings:
Tap the settings (gear) icon, usually in the top-right corner of the app's home screen.

  3. Find the migration prompt:
Look for a notification or prompt at the top of the settings page that says something like "Move to Google Account". Tap it to begin.

  4. Choose your Google account:
You will be prompted to log in to a Google account.
    • If you are already signed in to a Google account on your device, you may be asked to choose from a list.

    • If you are not signed in, you will need to log in or create a new one.

  5. Review and confirm:
    • Step 1: Review your Fitbit profile and health data to confirm what will be transferred.

    • Step 2: Adjust your email and notification preferences.

    • Step 3: Review how Google will use your Fitbit data and agree to the terms to complete the move.

  6. Finish up:
Follow any final prompts to complete the process. You may be asked to contribute your data to research, which is optional.

I hope this helps, but if you are still stuck, please post here again.
    Cheers
