I just stepped out of my car and my Luxe band detached and it fell to the ground and cracked the screen. I cannot get the customer support page to open. Anyone have a suggestion?

Hi, @J-squared , you can see the various ways of reaching Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . As you are probably aware, accidental damage to your Fitbit is not covered under the warranty. A link to full warranty conditions is available at the bottom of every page in the Community forums.
