I was very excited to get the Luxe as a gift. I previously had an Inspire and it worked great. The Luxe was appealing as it had more features with regard to tracking heart rate, etc. I do like the Luxe; however, the battery does not stay charged and it is a huge disappointment. I never had to charge my Inspire as often. At first I thought I was not charging it correctly, or it was my outlet, or I just received a dud product. BUT I have been reading various posts in the community and it seems to me that this style FitBit has some design flaws. Not sure what to do at this point. Do I switch to another model? Is FitBit going to address this obvious issue. It's not just me, it seems many are having the same problem.

I'm having the same problem, except my Luxe was great when I first set it up. Now my battery is lasting less than a day.

I have been totally disappointed with my Luxe as I also had an Inspire, but it was time for a new fitbit. Got mine as a gift, but it takes forever to charge and then holds a charge anywhere from four days to less than forty-eight hours. I charged it Tuesday morning (2/15/2022) and received notification that the battery was extremely low (14% when I looked at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday 2/17/2022). Then it took over two hours to charge back up. Steps lost. This is totally crazy. I am not sure if I need to contact someone about warranty service (yuck) or replacement.

I'm having the same problem. What do the people at FitBit say? Have you tried to contact them directly?

I finally called them and when I pressed whatever number it was that I needed the first thing in the roboresponse was if you get disconnected from this call we will call you back. That was a week ago and still no call. I just answered the survey about the forums and the Luxe wasn't even listed. Imagine that. I am sure they know they are having problems with this item and don't want to deal with it.
