Hey everyone!
First off, I wanted to thank you all for your participation in this thread. Secondly, since the majority of Luxe users have reported successfully updating to Firmware Update 1.151.16, I am closing this thread. If you still have not updated your Luxe to 1.151.16, check out this post for some best practices on how to update your tracker.
If you are experiencing an issue with your Luxe unrelated to the firmware-up process, I invite you to start a new topic on the community or find a related topic. Thanks again for all feedback on this release.

Best AnswerI am so disappointed with the new fitbit luxe software update. The font is SO big that I can't actually read the messages I receive on it. Is there a way to change the font or revert the update? I only had my device for a few months and feel like I am now not using a lot of the options because the font size is just so unpractical. What a shame.
I completely agree, I used to be able to see my tracking metrics (steps, miles, minutes, calories) one 1 screen and now because of the font change I'm lucky if I can see 2 on the same screen. I really hate this update.
My update is all good except that on my device and app I have lost my exercise from 4-12 Oct inclusive although it is still appearing on my dashboard on the website. Is there any way I can retrieve this onto my device as my latest weekly report shows no exercise performed!
Best AnswerScrolling through my stats used to be super easy and is now so tedious to view each one as sometimes it stops in the middle of stat cutting it off or just scrolls by it. It used to be that only a couple of stats and apps and settings had scrolling text and now it's almost all of them which is super overwhelming. Also sometimes words get spilt into two lines and just look messy like after doing guided breathing the word "mindfulness" looks like

There was a bug during the update on my side and since I can't use my fitbit luxe. There is a white cross with a red circle on the screen and it's impossible to restart it. I have called the support team but they were too busy to take my phone call. I have tried to look online on how to fix it but the articles I found are about other models that have a button to press to force restart. If you have any solution you please share!

Wow, I absolutely hate this update. I wish I could revert to the old settings — and I am very new to my Luxe (less than one month), so this isn’t an issue of being too attached to something I’d used a long time.
Why is the font size so massive?? Not everyone has bad eyesight, and not everyone might not like how distracting this size is. I hate the scrolling, and I agree with another user who said that the zoom makes the text look improperly sized to the Luxe screen. I actually thought my Luxe was glitching out.
This looks terrible. Why did Fitbit cave to one demographic and not ask others if this is a “feature” they wanted? Why can’t we scale the size ourselves?
EDIT: also just noticed that scrolling doesn’t align the different sections to the screen. It cuts them off. The old version would “lock” to each section and load it one at a time as you swiped through. This is very awkward.
Well, I ran the update and now my Luxe will not sync with my phone at all. I restarted my iphone, restated my luxe, turned bluetooth on and off and nothing. I then removed the luxe (forget this device) and tried to re-pair it with my phone, and now it can't find it at all. It keeps saying "searching" and then says, "something went wrong." Seriously annoying.
People found the font size too small on previous release. Others and me find it to big on this one. Why can’t Fitbit make it an adjustable setting? This way everyone would be happy.
+ the update promised SpO2 stats but I can’t see it 😞
If I had known the font size would be this huge and I wouldn’t get SpO2, I wouldn’t have updated 😞

I also recommend checking out this article and why didn't I get SpO2 data. Keep in mind you need to have at least 3 hours or quality sleep in order to see a SpO2 reading.

There is a button on the charger, press it 3 times 1 second apart and it will restart the device.
Ever since this update, I'm having issues with my silent alarm. Instead of dismissing the alarm, it's snoozing it. The only way I've gotten it to stop is to turn the alarm off completely, then reset it. I'm not doing anything different and I'm definitely not trying to snooze the alarm, so I'm not sure what happened.
Yes it suits me too and mine does fit the screen so not sure what the others mean by the font not fitting the screen? My only problem was that I lost 7 days exercise, but that remained on my dashboard on the website so not the end of the world.
