Luxe Not Tracking All Activities

My Luxe is not tracking all of my activities within the same day.  Can this be corrected? It's very frustrating!

I/f you think you are only seeing the first workout of a day on the phone app, tap 'Exercise Days' to see all workouts as well as more stats.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
