I just bought my luxe a week ago, I have all notifications on, I have done everything I’m supposed to do. But I do not get the notifications to move every hour, and the battery on this is horrible. I charge every other day because it’s almost dead. I have updated the app I have everything up-to-date and I’ve had nothing but issues this week. I am very disappointed in this Fitbit. What else could I do to help with the battery and anything else I could do to get the notifications, even though I have them turned on? Thanks

Hi, @Nette2110 @for help with the call and app notifications, please let us know which phone you are using. You may also find it helpful to have a look at this thread
For the Reminders to Move please check that this is set up in the app. You can choose the hours and days. Please note that if you have already taken a total 250 steps at any time during the hour you will not receive a notification to move at 10 minutes to the hour.
For the battery issue (and also may help with other issues) please give your Luxe a restart. Instructions are here
