I'm on my 2nd Luxe (first was replaced after about two months because the touch/swipe stopped functioning.) The replacement that was sent drains battery from fully charged in 2 days. Although my original one had issues, the battery life was at least six days. I called the support number, and did everything that was recommended. Nothing helped. To top it all off, when I try to use the fitbit chat for help, it kicks me off with "something went wrong ". Probably time to move on to a different brand of tracker.

Since the latest update I’m not sure what Fitbit had done but my luxe no longer holds charge for more than 12 hours. I have lowered all settings, fully charged to 100% and by the evening it’s dead. Anyone else having these issues? My Fitbit is only 8 months old

Today, I charged it to 99% and by noon it was down to 24% and no longer tracking.

The same thing happened to me. The battery was dead within 12 hours after a full charge. I used to charge my Fitbit once a week before this latest firmware upsate

If it is still under warranty, request a replacement. I had to get a little pushy about it because they kept wanting me to wait and see if it got better. I just received my 2nd replacement, and the battery is not draining at all...still at 98% after more than 12 hours. Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm!
