Luxe battery is draining quickly

I have been a Fitbit user for many years. And I have to say buying the luxe back in November has been a huge disappointment. The device won’t keep a charge.  It is fairly useless because it’s on the charger more than it’s on my arm.

Hi @MeChrissy2 I also have a Luxe and have no problems at all with holding a charge. Have a read of THIS Help Article on battery life. If nothing there helps you then contact Fitbit Support  Your Luxe should still be under warranty.
