My Luxe has not automatically indicated exercise for 10 days, which means it shows none of my workouts in that period. I note HR while I exercise, so it is recording, and I can see the activity and zone minutes at the end of each day and historically. But the "track your exercise" feature indicates that I have not exercised for more than a week. I restarted. I changed the clock face to ensure HR is in the permanent display.
Is this a known discrepancy? It makes the device significantly less useful to me. Ideas? Thank you!

Not a kind reply. The device should be user friendly. It used to work, but now it does not.

Does anyone else know? If I click on the chevron icon, it shows specific exercise and zones daily. But my reported exercise shows zero days since early January .
