My Fitbit luxe all of a sudden keeps dying randomly throughout the day. Every time I go to plug it in to charge and it turns back on, it says that the battery is completely normal usually between 75% and 95% charged. It started draining way quicker than usual over the last couple months and I even turned off all the notifications in the settings and I keep the app closed and nothing has helped its battery life. Every time I try the 3 click reset with the button on the charger, it’ll restart and tell me my battery percentage is much higher than it was before plugging it in, and yet when I unplug it after charging it immediately drops back down to the number it was at before charging.I’m not sure what else I can do to fix the constant glitching and dying of the battery.

Hi there, @User12189. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've tried so far, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Additionally, try to change your clock face to a one developed by Fitbit and monitor your Luxe's battery for the next couple of days to see if the issue persists.

I have the same problem - it started just after we had the FITBIT crash a few weeks ago - have also tried to reboot with the 3 click reset - but tells me it has good battery % one min then it's drained and dead the next. Usually dies in the night. I used to charge 1 x per week - and now Im charging every other day and losing valuable data in between. Its become very unreliable.

Here the same issue after the last update of my wives Luxe. And after complaining, they just ignored it. Still no solution after 3 weeks.

I already said in my post that I tried these solutions and they didn’t work. I’m also not sure why you edited my post to change my subject title from battery glitch to battery draining quickly. This is more than just a quick drain, the battery is continuously glitching between its normal percentage and being completely dead, it’s not just draining.

This is supposed to be in response to @MarreFitbit ’s comment I don’t know why it won’t show up as a reply to them

I've the same thing happening. I've done all the suggestions with no joy. It goes from zero on my wrist to putting it on charge saying it has 45%. I leave to charge a bit, go back and it's on 0% on the charger.
Those of us that are having this issue know there's a problem and restarting it isn't going to fix it.
