Luxe battery is draining too quickly

Is anyone else having problems with the battery life of their luxe?  I had one for a couple years and it suddenly, like overnight, went from lasting 5 days to lasting only 1 day.  After two chats with customer service which were less than satisfactory, I gave in and bought another. Now this new one only lasts three days and it seems like some of the settings don't work correctly. Not a happy fitbit customer right now!

My wife's Luxe is a bit more terminal - it went from the maybe 5 day battery life to draining in hours and then refusing to charge.

There are various guides about restarting it, leaving it charging etc - that haven't helped us but might be worth a shot

At least mine would charge without a problem. If I have wanted to charge it every day, I probably could have kept using it.  Tried to the troubleshooting steps, nothing worked. Sorry you are having issues too!

Yes, I agree. Mine definitely doesn’t hold the charge for the 7 days like it advertised. I’ve had it for 2.5 months.
