Not syncing exercise to dashboard

My Luxe is not syncing my exercise,it is showing the number of steps but not the exercise. I have tried restarting my Fitbit, and removing and reinstalling the app.  The dashboard says it has undertaken a sync but the exercise I undertook yesterday and today is not showing?

Just curious: how does dashboard say it has undertaken a sync?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Next to date, it tells me when last synced
