Luxe battery is draining too quickly

I have already cleaned my charger, I have never wet it, I have already restarted it, I have done everything indicated here but I charge it in the morning and I finish 3% at night, I do not know what to do, I have not even a year with it.

Hi there, @Mirinda88. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe's battery is still draining despite the steps you've tried already. I understand where your concern is coming from as your Fitbit device isn't that old. I will do my best to help you with this! 

To better assist you, please confirm whether you've tried all recommendations posted below:

  1. Confirm your Luxe has the latest firmware version. For more information please visit How do I update my Fitbit device? and What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
  2. Check to see if you’re using high battery use features. For more information please visit Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
  3. Let’s try a 3 press restart with your charging cable. For more information please see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  4. Change your clock face to a one developed by Fitbit and monitor your Luxe's battery for the next couple of days to see if the issue persists.
