My new Luxe never reaches 100% charge no matter how long I leave it on the charger. It stays at 99% and the battery drains in less than 24 hours. I tried adjusting the settings as recommended to preserve the battery and also deleted some apps that I thought might impact battery life. Any suggestions? I’m not sure if mine is defective or if this is typically how the Luxe performs. My Charge 3 easily stayed charged for a week.
