Luxe battery issues

My Luxe is less than 2 years old and has started having battery issues. It will not charge more that 30% and that lasts for less than one day. I have tried all tips on the Fitbit website. Anyone able to offer advice?

Thanks for the steps you have already tried on your own. I would like to confirm if you are referring to the steps listed in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? If you haven't done so yet, please try to give it a shot to see if the issue can be resolved.
