Luxe black screen

My luxe stopped working and screen is dead black. When I tried hard reset it showed a green line and got black again!

Hi @Mali2024. Welcome to the community forums. 

Thank you for sharing with me the information about this difficulty with your Luxe. 

I'd recommend changing the clock face and performing a restart as these steps have worked for other members.
