Luxe blank screen

I have a Luxe where the screen just stays black. Screen lights up when placed on the charger long enough to give me the code to pair with my phone but after that is stays black and will not turn on. I have updated the app, removed and re-paired the device with my phone, turned Luxe off then completely restarted it and all to no avail. It won’t stay on long enough to even change the clock face! This Luxe Fitbit is a piece of garbage. Per this forum, Fitbit is well aware of the multitude of problems, particularly with the Luxe and chooses to do nothing about it. Fitbit does not appear to have any integrity and is only profit motivated. Once it is purchased, Fitbit couldn’t care less about all the problems users encounter. Buyer Beware! Do not purchase ANY Fitbit products!!

I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Luxe is not responding. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling. We rely on feedback like yours to help us to improve the Fitbit devices.
