Luxe - blacked out screen

my Fitbit has a blacked out screen and I would like a diagram of where is the button that I’m supposed to push three times

Welcome back to the Fitbit Community @Scottzach2! Thank you for posting and for your efforts to solve the situation with your Luxe and its screen functionality.

I suggest you to do the following:

  1. Sync the device in the Fitbit app.
  2. Check for available Firmware updates. 
  3. Charge The Fitbit device.
  4. Restart (here you find the diagram) your Luxe by doing the following: 
  • Connect the Fitbit device to the charging cable.
  • Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times. Pause for one second between each press.
  • Wait for 10 seconds or until the vibration occurs and the Fitbit logo appears. Ask the user to let you know if the vibration occurs and the logo appears and note the case.

5. Change the watch face via the Fitbit app (Make sure you select a watch face developed by Fitbit): How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
