Watch was working fine with no issues then all of a sudden the screen was black. I thought it needed charging but then I looked on the app and it’s fully charged. I know it’s working as it’s tracking me steps, sleep and it vibrates when I get a message but the screen is just totally black. I have tried to reset numerous times over the last 2 days (by pressing the button on the charger 3 times) and it still hasn’t done anything. Any other recommendations?

Hi there, @Lozza_2311. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Luxe is still blank. I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

When you say, change the clock face. Do you mean but a new watch? This is my 4th Fitbit so if this is broken, I’ll be buying a different brand

That restart method doesn’t work. The screen is still blank as per my first post, the Fitbit still works and tracks everything but it has a black screen. Is there anything other than that reset to try and that has been tried multiple times and does nothing
