Luxe clock face looks different

Can someone tell me if this is normal? It's been like this for months now, but one day after charging my Fitbit Luxe, instead of being all black with the clock face blending in with the entire face of the watch, it now looks like this. I have tried updating, resyncing, restarting it through the app and the watch, as well as changing the clock face. Is this normal or is it something I can fix? Nothing else seems to be wrong with the watch, it's more-so just a cosmetic annoyance to me. Any suggestion helps, thank you!

Hi there, @alistem. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I understand where your concern is coming from. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot your Luxe prior to posting here, I'll do my best to help you with your inquiry.

Based on your post, it seems like you've tried to attach a picture, haven't you? I'm afraid but it has not been attached as I cannot see it on your post so I cannot understand what you're referring to by "it now looks like this".

I know you've tried changing the clock face already but to no avail. May I know if you've tried more than one clock face? If you changed it just once, please try different clock faces to see if that makes any difference.

I'd definitely like to see the picture you tried attaching so I can have a better understanding of the issue and see whether it's an expected behavior. To properly attach your image, you can just copy and paste into the composition box. If the image is on your clipboard, it should paste into the message just fine.

Alternately, you can click the camera icon when composing a reply, and you'll get an interface to attach your image.
