Luxe continously shuts down

I have tried every clock face, I’ve restarted the watch, I’ve deleted it from my app, factory reset…….nothing left to try.  The watch does this no matter the battery level and when restarting while on the charger, it reads different battery levels.  I have no idea what the actual battery level is at. Have had the watch since 10/2023.  No longer in warranty.

it also shuts down when i try to choose an exercise.

Any clue if it is fixable?

Hi @Cheryl_L_B and welcome to the forums.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is continuously shutting down. I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you tried.

Could you please try this alternative restart procedure?

  1. Connect your Fitbit device to the charger.
  2. Please remove and re-insert it quickly.
  3. After a half-second pause, repeat this removal and insertion motion 3 more times, all within a span of 8 seconds.

I've done this numerous times.  Most ti.es when I do it this way, the battery level changes.

Ok, you seriously have to be kidding.  My watch is just two years old.  Nothing Fitbit can do.  They know it's a battery issue.  They have this issue continuously.   What did they offer?  A whopping 35% discount to purchase a watch from a company that doesn't stand behind their products.

I will not be spending my hard earned money at a company that is aware of a product flaw and does nothing to correct it.
