Luxe daily readiness

My daily readiness keeps saying it will show a score after seven nights of wearing. It’s been over a month. 
I get a sleep score every night so I don’t why this score isn’t . 
I have it set to show, it just never does. Any help?

Hi, @PaulineR welcome, you may find reviewing this article useful What's my daily readiness score in the Fitbit app? - Fitbit Help Center  I apologise if you have already seen this. If you are still having a problem try re-installing the Fitbit app on your phone, you do not mention the make, model and OS of your phone but this is the procedure for an Android phone. Sync the Fitbit app then go to the phone settings>apps>Fitbit>force stop>clear storage & cache>uninstall>restart your phone>reload the Fitbit app & set up your Luxe again. Wear the Luxe for 7 nights (the best way is to wear it continuously apart from charging)

Thank you for your help.
I gave an iPhone and the Fitbit Luxe.
I have actually tried what you suggested but I guess it would not hurt to try it again. I pretty much leave it on all the time except for charging and have never had any problems with getting a sleep score so I’m just surprised that it keeps telling me to wear it continuously for 7 nights.
Thanks again. I’ll post with an update if I get this to work!
