Luxe device not displaying sleep score, but is showing on Fitbit app

My Luxe does not display sleep scores since firmware update on 7/18, but sleep score is showing on Fitbit app.  I have restarted my Luxe to no avail and rebooted my phone.  I am using IOS 16.5.1

Hi, @Bladermom could this be a sync issue?  Sometimes not all data is synced through at the same time.  Does your sleep score show up on your device later in the day?

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Nope! Hasn’t displayed on my Luxe, but is in the Fitbit app dashboard.  I have the most up to date IOS version and Luxe is up to date.  Started with the IOS update available in July! I have restarted both my Luxe, my iPhone, removed my Luxe from Bluetooth and reconnect. Weird!
