Whenever vibrate or when sometimes removed from charge immediately luxe shuts down tried everything from restarting , changing watch face or upgrading firmware
It might be battery issue but at your website it mentioned that battery is not replaceable it is a well known fact that battery will last year or two in electronic but not taking it into account the product was made even for waterproofing it's not worth it 10k there is no inbuilt gps no music control
I will buy something far more expensive with replaceable or repairable parts next then the Fitbit product I will return as a coustomer only when you release a good product which will profit both the coustomer and the product manufacturer
At the end this luxe will be a e waste at the best ✌️
