Luxe distance tracking

Hi, 

last week I was having problems with my luxe tracking my gps on my runs. I then saw an update for the gps and this seemed to fix the issue. 

however today, it’s stopped tracking my distance all together. It’s tracked over 10,000 steps, I’ve done a fair amount of distance usually around 5/6km by this time of the day, however the app and my watch says I’ve only done 0.07km. 

any advice how to fix this issue? I am currently training to run 10km and need it to accurately track my distance.

Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.
