Luxe stopped working

My luxe is not working, I’ve tried rebooting it.

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue? Is your Luxe not charging, not syncing? Besides the restart, have you tried anything else? Please confirm you restarted your Luxe as suggested here
