Luxe does not recognize treadmill activity as exercise

I am very dissatisfied with the Luxe.  It doesnt recognize treadmill walking as exercise.  And i cant figure out how to manually start tracking the minutes.  So ready to return this

When I bike or use the elliptical, treadmill I find that I have to put my fitbit around my ankle. that seems to work for me. Hope this helps

I do the same thing for all the functions. I must walk funny? Actually, on a threadmill, I don't move my arms but hold on because of balance problems.A friend of mine increases her steps dramatically when she plays the piano.These trackers are far from perfect!
