Luxe doubled my steps

My Luxe randomly doubled my steps this evening from 12,000 to 24,000. The app shows the extra steps accured at midnight this morning so 12,000 steps that weren’t there at that time suddenly appeared. I was asleep at midnight.  It is aggravting because I am in a step challenge.

Mine is doing the same! Were you able to resolve this?? I noticed the change when the app updated.

The response was that it is a known glitch and that it usually resolves itself in a couple of days. It has not fixed itself in my case, but thankfully it hasn’t happened again. According to the Help Desk, the only thing we can do is reboot the Fitbit and see if it helps. The data on Fitbit’s end is correct for me, just not in my device or app.
