my luxe has a firmware version 58.20001.188.58 i haven't received any update what should I do please help!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they're still helping you to sort this out. If you haven't done so yet, please check your inbox for updates on your case. If the steps our team has provided don't work, feel free to let customer support know so they can continue assisting you. 

Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. They will tell you what's next!
