Luxe has not recorded my sleep for a couple of days. I have uninstalled Fitbit and reinstalled and also restarted my phone. It's tracking my steps, but somehow has doubled the number of steps today. I am also an hour behind on the Luxe. Any advice please?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the community forums @Voksi123.
Thank you for sharing with me the inquiry regarding your Luxe and for the details provided. Also, thank you for trying to fix it on your own.
Please, make sure to follow the advices below:
Also, for more detailed information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Regarding the steps, confirm if you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. If that is your case, Mobile track will add the steps recorded by your phone to the Fitbit app. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account. On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and on the 3 dots and choose "unpair".
Once you sync, the device will have the time and date accurate. If you changed time zones and the time on your Luxe is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
