Luxe heart rate is not accurately while exercising

Every time I excersice the heart rate is inaccurate. At times it works. Then it drops to resting rate. Then it freezes. Then it doesn't register. I'll never buy another one. I wanted it to track my calories and heart rate. It can't do either if the HR monitor works like crap.

Hi there, @LeanderFord. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Luxe is not tracking your heart rate data accurately. I understand how you must be feeling as this data is very important to you. I'll do my best to help you with this!

Occasionally your device may have difficulty getting a strong signal, especially during exercises that cause your arm to move vigorously such as high-intensity interval training or boxing. Try to relax your wrist and stay still for up to 10 seconds. You might also notice a spike or dip in your reading as your device finds your heart rate. In both cases, normal tracking should resume shortly. For more information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

On a side note, I'd also suggest making sure that your Luxe is up-to-date. Running an old version may also cause issues with your device performance. For Luxe the current OS should be version 194.91. To see the current version installed on your watch, go into the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > Devices  > your device image. The firmware version number appears under your device's name. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
