My Luxe is automatically going to Timer when swiped from the Clock. Is there any way that I can remove Timer app? I don't seem to be able to get out of Timer mode.
Thanks

Hi there, @maryhok. Welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm afraid the preloaded apps that comes with your Fitbit Luxe cannot be removed. To stop the timer, see How do I set a timer or use the stopwatch on my Fitbit device?
I'd also recommend navigating your Fitbit Luxe (to get to know the settings and quick settings) by tapping the screen and swiping side to side and up and down:
Hope this helps.

I agree with you wholeheartedly! This timer app appears frequently and seems nearly impossible to get out of. I would LOVE to remove it from my Fitbit. It is very annoying -- at the very least, if it can't be removed, it ought to have DISMISS as an option rather than reset.

This happened to me—I was watching a movie and suddenly my watch was buzzing and when I looked at it, it said “time is up.” I never touched it. So weird.

I am having the same issue, and it drains the battery of my Fitbit Luxe. I charged it to 100% last night, but the issue happened again today while I was at work and it drained completely before I could get home. The only thing that seems to fix it is putting it on the charger and then resetting it. While the issue is happening you're unable to reset it not on the chaeger because you can't get to the settings, only the click screen and the timer, which can't be dismissed. This is very inconvenient if it happens while you are away from your charger, like it did to me today. I've seen elsewhere in these forms that you need to update your Fitbit app to a version past 3.43 physics problems with a battery draining quickly, but my Fitbit app is currently 3.52 and I am still this extremely irritating issue. Please have your techs work on a better solution, or figure out a way for us to get rid of the timer app. It's not something that I ever used. I'm actually looking into getting a different brand of fitness tracker for this reason. You guys need to step up your game.

None of your suggestions work when the timer starts automatically. There is a flaw in the programming apparently. As other users have said, you can’t get to the settings or anything else while this is happening. PLEASE get the programmers to come up with a way to remove this flawed app.

I have this same problem (which is why I’m here looking for a solution!) The only solution I’ve found is to take it off and charge it, not exactly convenient. I’m disappointed to learn here that I can’t delete this annoying, malfunctioning feature.

This wasn’t helpful. My Luxe has been stuck at timer and I’m unable to swipe out of it. The manual doesn’t provide any solution as other users have mentioned below.

Hmmm… The email said my reply wouldn’t be posted. I’d need to click on the link instead. So I did and now I see my original posted above. And no way to delete the duplicate. Another fine programming job, Fitbit!

That happens to me often. The only solution I have found is to recharge it. And sometimes I even have to do the reset by pressing the button on the charging cord 3 times. I wish they’d allow us to delete that stupid timer!

I just charged to 100% and it’s still stuck on timer. Where is there a button on the charging cord?
