Luxe is not syncing correctly

Luxe sync Is delayed, it is fully charged 

This morning I had to try to sync more than 4 times. 
what’s the problem, this never happened with the charge 4 which I prefer

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1644197748291.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
