Yesterday, I got a notification on my Luxe that I’d done 150 minutes in the active zone (Yay!). When I synced it to the app, however, none of the heart rate information from 6 pm onward transferred, so it shows me as having 2 minutes in the active zone (Boo!).
How do I make sure all of the data from the Luxe is getting to the app?

Hi there, @StaceyLaurier. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not syncing properly with the Fitbit app and due to this, some data has been lost. I'll be glad to help you!
How often do you sync? Is the Bluetooth on your phone enabled? The Bluetooth needs to be on so your Fitbit device is able to sync as data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby.
Note that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
On a side note, bear in mind that you can manually log your some data if you remember the name of the activity you performed. For more information, see How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps!
